Community Pages
Your local hub for organizing, promoting, and growing your GrandPals program.
Community Page Features
Intake, outreach, and showcase
Organizations that choose to access the GrandPals platform receive their own customizable Community Page — a public-facing subdomain (e.g., hcia.grandpals.app) that serves as a one-stop hub for organizing the program locally.
- Volunteer Sign-Up: Older adults can express interest by submitting a simple form. Program coordinators can also add volunteers manually, especially during community events or outreach drives.
- School/Classroom Sign-Up: Local teachers or school leaders can register their interest and provide classroom details. (Note: If the school itself is the implementing organization, this step may already be managed internally and a separate sign-up process may not be necessary.)
- Sponsor Engagement: Individuals or businesses can explore sponsorship opportunities and support local programs. Depending on the sponsorship tier selected, sponsor logos can appear solely on the Community Page or be integrated more broadly across the platform. Higher-tier sponsors receive additional visibility through automated communications, including reminder emails, feedback surveys, outreach tools, and within participant dashboards — ensuring their support is recognized in meaningful and ongoing ways.
- Pay-It-Forward Stories: Veteran GrandPals can share their experience and encourage others to get involved.
- Custom QR Codes: Printable materials come with QR codes that link directly to the Community Page, simplifying sign-ups and outreach.
Community Pages are designed to reflect local branding and partnerships while ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation across communities. They are a powerful tool for local engagement, visibility, and growth.
